Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Creative Director – Strategic Brand Development to lead the visual and storytelling direction for our portfolio of brands. This senior role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and creative execution, guiding a dynamic team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating brand and campaign development, a keen understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clear creative vision and visual direction for each brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, overseeing day‑to‑day workflow and maintaining high standards of quality and originality.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing strategists to transform strategic briefs into engaging visual concepts, storyboards, and campaigns.
  • Develop comprehensive brand guidelines, including visual identity, tone of voice, typography, color palettes, and usage rules.
  • Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and creative execution, conducting regular reviews and adjustments as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through production, while meeting tight deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding, digital media, and experiential marketing.
  • Present concepts and final deliverables to senior leadership and key stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind creative decisions.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, critical thinking, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience in a creative agency, branding department, or similar environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful brand and campaign development.
  • Proven experience leading creative teams and managing end‑to‑end projects.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, content strategy, and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional leadership skills: detail‑oriented, strategic thinker, and effective communicator.
  • Ability to think critically and innovatively, solving complex branding challenges with creative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
