Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Petugas Kebersihan Kantor to join our team at the Astro Warehouse in Bogor, serving the vibrant Jakarta Barat region. This full‑time position plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all staff, visitors, and logistics partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of hygiene in a fast‑paced warehouse setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of all warehouse floors, corridors, and office spaces.
- Arrange and straighten desks, chairs, and common areas to ensure a tidy workplace.
- Clean and disinfect chillers, refrigerators, and other food‑storage equipment on a regular schedule.
- Collect and dispose of waste in accordance with local regulations, including segregation of recyclable materials.
- Refill water dispensers, monitor supply levels, and report any equipment malfunctions.
- Conduct periodic deep‑cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and dusting of high‑reach surfaces.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of temporary workstations or event areas within the warehouse as needed.
- Maintain cleaning logs and communicate any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Support emergency cleaning procedures during spills, leaks, or other incidents to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to the company’s health, safety, and environmental policies, wearing required protective equipment at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety practices.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overtime as scheduled.
- Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to follow detailed cleaning schedules.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to follow written instructions.
- Reliability, honesty, and a team‑oriented mindset.
