Responsibilities
- Perform daily sweeping, mopping, and dusting of floors, carpets, and hard‑surface areas.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, shelves, windowsills, and all high‑touch surfaces to prevent the spread of germs.
- Maintain restroom hygiene by cleaning toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing supplies such as soap and paper towels.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) to the supervisor promptly.
- Organize and store cleaning equipment safely; candidates who already own their own cleaning tools are highly preferred.
- Follow a strict schedule that aligns with the 08:00 – 17:00 shift, while remaining flexible for on‑call assignments.
- Utilize Android smartphones equipped with WhatsApp and Google Maps to receive job orders, navigate to various sites, and confirm completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with other cleaning personnel to ensure coverage across large facilities, while also being capable of working solo when required.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when accessing client premises.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 20 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience, preferably in commercial or residential settings.
- Possession of personal cleaning equipment (mops, buckets, cleaning solutions) is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to sweep, mop, wipe surfaces, clean bathrooms, and handle waste disposal efficiently.
- Strong personal qualities: disciplined, honest, responsible, and punctual.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Proficiency with an Android smartphone, active WhatsApp account, and familiarity with Google Maps for navigation.
- Willingness to accept on‑call orders and adjust schedule as needed.
