Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Penata Pengelolaan Retur Barang di Gudang to join our fast‑growing logistics team. The role is pivotal in ensuring that returned goods are processed accurately, stored correctly, and dispatched on schedule, supporting the overall efficiency of our supply chain. This position is based in a modern warehouse environment that serves a diverse portfolio of clients, including pharmaceutical and FMCG companies.
Responsibilities
- Receive and verify returned merchandise against approved documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Sort and organize returned items according to designated locations, following established SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Prepare, archive, and maintain all return-related paperwork, including return orders (PPB) and supporting documents.
- Perform packing, labeling, and preparation for outbound shipment of allocated returns in accordance with dispatch instructions.
- Enter return data into the warehouse management system promptly, guaranteeing that inventory records are up‑to‑date.
- Coordinate with the inventory control team to reconcile discrepancies and conduct regular cycle counts of returned stock.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance department to flag any damaged or non‑conforming items for further inspection.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements for faster and more reliable return handling.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience working in a warehouse environment; experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG warehousing is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound warehouse processes, including receipt, put‑away, picking, and shipping.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to follow SOPs meticulously, demonstrating discipline, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; capable of coordinating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Physically fit and able to handle moderate to heavy lifting, stand for long periods, and work at a fast pace to meet daily targets.
- Understanding of storage standards such as CDOB/CDAKB is considered a valuable asset.
