Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Shift Lead to oversee daily shipping and receiving activities, ensure timely deliveries, and drive operational excellence across our courier and driver teams. Responsibilities
- Monitor end‑to‑end shipment processes, including pick‑up, transport, and delivery, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Supervise inbound and outbound flows, coordinating with third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to guarantee smooth hand‑offs and accurate inventory records.
- Oversee sorting and distribution activities performed by couriers, verifying that parcels are correctly routed and dispatched.
- Lead a team of couriers and drivers, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and on‑the‑job coaching.
- Create and adjust daily schedules for pick‑up and delivery runs, balancing workload, traffic patterns, and fuel consumption considerations.
- Analyze delivery zones and route allocations to optimize travel time, reduce fuel costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain accurate logs of operational metrics such as on‑time delivery rates, exception handling, and vehicle utilization.
- Collaborate with the warehouse, customer service, and planning departments to resolve issues quickly and maintain a seamless supply chain.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, vehicle maintenance standards, and company policies during all shift activities.
- Participate in shift handover meetings, providing detailed reports on performance, incidents, and upcoming priorities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related operational role.
- Strong understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes, including knowledge of 3PL integration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of couriers and drivers, with excellent conflict‑resolution skills.
- Proficiency in route planning, fuel cost calculation, and basic operational budgeting.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings and occasional weekends.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Denpasar Selatan, Bali.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- High level of organizational ability, attention to detail, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
