We are seeking a diligent and energetic Petugas Kebersihan Profesional to join our dedicated facilities team. This full‑time position plays a critical role in maintaining a spotless and hygienic environment across all areas of our building, ensuring safety and comfort for employees, visitors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a responsible, friendly, and proactive individual who thrives in a structured work setting and is willing to reside on‑site as required.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of all interior spaces, including lobbies, corridors, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms, following the company’s strict hygiene standards.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and dispose of waste in accordance with local environmental regulations.
- Sanitize high‑touch surfaces such as door handles, elevator buttons, and handrails to reduce the spread of germs.
- Monitor and replenish supplies of soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other consumables.
- Report any maintenance issues, broken fixtures, or safety hazards to the facilities supervisor promptly.
- Assist with periodic deep‑cleaning projects, including carpet shampooing, window washing, and upholstery care.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning chemicals, adhering to safety data sheet (SDS) guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with security and reception staff to coordinate cleaning schedules that minimize disruption to building occupants.
- Stay available for on‑call duties and be prepared to respond quickly to emergencies such as spills or water leaks.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 24 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male (preferred per client specifications).
- Not married and willing to reside on‑site during the employment period.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness standards and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: courteous, friendly, and able to communicate effectively with building occupants.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, as well as safety protocols.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and proper waste disposal.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proven track record of responsibility.
- Willingness to work the standard shift of 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
