Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted sales activities through direct, face‑to‑face interactions and digital channels such as e‑commerce platforms, social media, and online marketplaces.
  • Provide clear, compelling product demonstrations and explanations, translating technical specifications into benefits that resonate with diverse customer segments.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from initial inquiry, quotation, and negotiation to order fulfillment, after‑sales support, and follow‑up.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and new‑product rollouts.
  • Monitor inventory levels on the sales floor and online storefront, coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback that helps shape product assortment and pricing strategies.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while upholding high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular product training sessions to stay current on emerging technologies, certifications, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma / SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing of IT products, hardware, or software solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence buying decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
  • Experience in retail IT environments and/or managing e‑commerce storefronts is considered a valuable asset.
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM software, Microsoft Office, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Open to flexible working hours: Monday‑Sunday, 10:00 – 20:00, with occasional weekend or holiday coverage as needed.
