We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Provider – Internet to join our sales team and help expand our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a portfolio of internet packages—including broadband, fiber‑optic, and 4G/5G services—to new prospects and existing clients.
- Assess customer needs and design tailored internet solutions for individuals, small businesses, and enterprise accounts.
- Maintain an in‑depth understanding of all product features, pricing structures, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Educate customers on service benefits, installation processes, and ongoing support, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Generate leads proactively through cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, participation in local events, and face‑to‑face visits.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and forecast sales performance.
- Collaborate with technical and customer‑service teams to resolve issues quickly and uphold high satisfaction levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Age: up to 30 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong sales mindset are welcome.
- Essential skills: network analysis, sales analysis, and sales management.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and close sales deals.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and social media channels.
