- Monitor storage temperatures using calibrated thermometers for chillers, freezers, and ambient rooms, ensuring compliance with the company’s temperature‑control protocols.
- Verify that all items are stored in the correct location, following FIFO (first‑in‑first‑out) principles, and flag any deviations for immediate remediation.
- Collaborate with warehouse and hub teams to update inventory status in the management system, reflecting real‑time stock conditions.
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate documentation of all quality checks, temperature logs, and corrective actions taken.
- Prepare and submit daily quality reports, highlighting trends, recurring issues, and recommendations for process improvements.
- Participate in regular shift handovers, ensuring seamless communication of any outstanding quality concerns.
- Assist in periodic internal audits and support external regulatory inspections as required.
- Continuously stay updated on industry best practices for fresh‑food handling, cold‑chain management, and food safety standards.

- Strong attention to detail, agility in a fast‑paced environment, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night) according to operational needs.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and report generation.
