We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Host for Streaming Live Events to join our growing digital media team. This position is ideal for a confident, camera‑savvy professional who enjoys engaging audiences in real time, creating compelling content, and representing our brand with poise and authenticity. As a live‑event host, you will be the face of our broadcasts, driving viewer interaction, and ensuring each stream runs smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Present live streaming events, webinars, product launches, and promotional shows with energy and professionalism.
- Prepare and rehearse scripts, talking points, and visual aids to deliver clear, concise, and engaging messages.
- Interact with viewers through live chat, Q&A sessions, and social media, fostering a sense of community and encouraging participation.
- Collaborate with producers, technical crew, and content creators to coordinate camera angles, graphics, and on‑screen overlays.
- Monitor streaming quality, troubleshoot technical issues on‑the‑fly, and report any equipment needs to the operations team.
- Generate post‑event reports that include audience metrics, feedback highlights, and suggestions for improvement.
- Develop original short‑form content (e.g., teasers, behind‑the‑scenes clips) to promote upcoming live sessions.
- Maintain a polished on‑camera appearance that aligns with the company’s brand guidelines, including modest dress code for hijab‑wearing hosts.
- Adhere to a shift‑based schedule, working Tuesday through Sunday from 06:00 to 14:00, and be flexible to adjust for special events.
Requirements
- Female, hijab‑wearing, unmarried, and no older than 25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience hosting live or recorded video content in a similar role.
- Strong public‑speaking skills with a confident, enthusiastic on‑camera presence.
- Excellent communication abilities, both spoken and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to create engaging content quickly, adapt to changing scripts, and think on your feet.
- Must not be currently enrolled in a university program.
- Reside in or near Depok; ownership of a personal vehicle is a plus.
- Possess an active BCA bank account for payroll processing.
- Willingness to work shift hours and maintain punctual attendance.
- Basic digital literacy: familiar with streaming platforms (e.g., YouTube Live, Facebook Live) and common editing tools.
