Introduction
The Administrator Bisnis Channeling position in Kudus, Central Java, is a pivotal role that supports the company’s Business Channeling operations by managing incoming orders, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating the credit approval process. This full‑time role operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, and offers a dynamic environment where attention to detail, strong interpersonal communication, and solid computer skills are essential. Candidates will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team, the Credit Evaluation Unit, and the Service Operations Center (SOC) to streamline order handling and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on all incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling platform.
- Verify and complete consumer and financing object data, ensuring accuracy before entry into the company’s core system.
- Input order information received via web portals and internal applications, maintaining real‑time updates.
- Review and process credit applications in alignment with RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) decisions or consumer grading outcomes.
- Communicate approval status to customers promptly, providing clear explanations of next steps.
- Dispatch survey orders to the Service Operations Center (SOC) for field verification.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Help Center (SHC) to address any outstanding issues related to ongoing consumer orders.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on order status, highlighting any bottlenecks or exceptions.
- Support internal audits by providing documented evidence of order processing activities.
- Continuously suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable navigating web‑based applications.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of integrity in handling confidential consumer information.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective liaison with customers, SOC, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of credit monitoring and processing concepts (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines and a fast‑paced schedule.
