Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and courteous Waiter to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer questions about dishes, specials, and dietary accommodations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery to tables.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including setting and resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and restocking service items.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, bartenders, and fellow front‑of‑house staff to coordinate service flow and uphold high standards of food safety and presentation.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or electronic transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, performing regular checks of dining areas, equipment, and personal grooming standards.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including inventory checks, cleaning, and preparing the dining area for the next service shift.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, new service techniques, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client’s operational needs).
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or café setting.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates weighing up to 15 kg.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods or special events.
