Introduction

PT Mivi Kaco Global is seeking a dynamic KOC Specialist (Spesialis Afiliasi untuk KOL) who thrives in the fast‑moving world of TikTok and Instagram, especially within the fashion, shoes, and lifestyle sectors. This role is pivotal for driving brand visibility and sales through strategic collaborations with Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs). The ideal candidate will combine a sharp eye for trending content with solid project‑management skills to execute end‑to‑end influencer campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and build long‑term relationships with KOC talents across fashion, shoes, and lifestyle categories.
  • Develop and present detailed campaign proposals that align with overall marketing objectives and brand positioning.
  • Plan, coordinate, and launch KOC campaigns, handling every phase from briefing and sample distribution to storyboard approval, content revisions, and final posting.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date KOC/talent database, tracking performance metrics, contract details, and communication histories.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms, compensation, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Monitor real‑time content performance using analytics tools, generate insight‑driven reports, and recommend optimization tactics.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless integration of influencer content across owned channels.
  • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and competitor activities to continuously refine the influencer strategy.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members and share best practices across the department.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in KOC/KOL or influencer marketing, preferably within an agency or digital‑marketing environment.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram ecosystems, including content formats, algorithmic nuances, and audience behavior.
  • Existing network of KOC/KOL talents in fashion, shoes, and lifestyle niches, with a demonstrable portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with social‑media management and influencer‑marketing platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Upfluence, HypeAuditor) and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset—ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English; gender is not a constraint.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑18:00.
