This role is central to ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers across multiple digital channels, including our own website, popular marketplaces, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Grab, and Shopee. Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming orders from all online channels, confirming availability and accuracy before finalizing each sale.
- Cross‑check order details against real‑time inventory levels, ensuring that stock data is always up‑to‑date.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and stock status, providing courteous and knowledgeable service.
- Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and promotional information on each marketplace and social media platform on a regular basis.
- Create and upload engaging promotional content, new product photos, and descriptive copy to attract and retain shoppers.
- Broadcast the latest promotions, flash sales, and discount codes to the customer base through targeted messaging and social media posts.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to coordinate order fulfilment, shipping schedules, and any necessary returns or exchanges.
- Monitor customer feedback and handle complaints with professionalism, turning potential issues into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Assist in analysing sales data to identify trends, best‑selling items, and areas for inventory optimisation.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends, to match peak online traffic periods and ensure continuous support for our shoppers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No strict age limit; we value competence and attitude above seniority.

- Prior experience as an online shop administrator or e‑commerce support staff is preferred.
- Familiarity with major marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak) and social media channels.
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Proficiency in handling customer complaints, interacting effectively, and adhering to service etiquette.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and inventory management tools.
