Introduction
We are a leading automotive dealership specializing in both new and pre‑owned vehicles across a wide range of brands. To support our rapid growth and enhance our online presence, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive – Mobil Bekas who can blend traditional sales expertise with modern digital marketing techniques. This full‑time role is based in our Jakarta showroom and operates Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end‑to‑end sales process for pre‑owned and new cars, from prospecting and test‑drives to negotiation and final paperwork.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory database and ensure accurate vehicle specifications, pricing, and promotional details are entered.
- Actively manage and post listings on major marketplaces such as Facebook Marketplace, OLX, TikTok, and Instagram, optimizing images, descriptions, and tags for maximum reach.
- Engage with leads generated from digital channels, respond promptly to inquiries, and nurture relationships to convert interest into sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create short‑form video content and live‑stream sessions, serving as the on‑camera talent when needed.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about competitor pricing, emerging trends, and consumer preferences within the automotive sector.
- Provide after‑sales support, including follow‑up calls, service appointment scheduling, and handling warranty or financing questions.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecast targets, and present performance insights to senior management.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, training workshops, and dealership events to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in selling new or used automobiles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using social media and marketplace platforms (Facebook, OLX, TikTok, Instagram) for vehicle promotion.
- Strong interest and solid knowledge of the automotive industry across all major car brands.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse customers.
- Male candidates only (as specified by the client’s internal policy).
- Basic sales administration abilities, including accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Willingness to act as a brand ambassador in promotional videos or live streams when required.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a high degree of personal integrity.
