We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Officer Marketing Kredit to join our credit marketing division and play a pivotal role in building strong relationships and assessing creditworthiness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with dealers, borrowers, and partner institutions to facilitate smooth credit transactions.
- Prepare all necessary documentation and data packages required for field surveys and credit assessments.
- Conduct on‑site credit feasibility surveys, verifying the legality and completeness of borrower documents such as identification, financial statements, and collateral proofs.
- Perform thorough credit analysis, evaluating repayment capacity, risk factors, and compliance with internal credit policies.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to present findings and recommend approval or rejection decisions.
- Maintain accurate records in the credit management system, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
- Provide feedback to dealers and borrowers on documentation gaps and guide them through corrective actions.
- Participate in weekly market intelligence meetings to stay informed about regional economic trends that may impact credit risk.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and marketing campaigns that highlight our credit products to the dealer network.
- Support senior management with ad‑hoc projects, such as portfolio performance analysis and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field) with a GPA of at least 2.75.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit analysis, marketing, or a related financial role; fresh graduates are also welcomed if they demonstrate strong analytical potential.
- Active motor vehicle ownership and a valid SIM C license.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset: detail‑oriented, critical, persistent, and disciplined.
- High level of integrity and the capacity to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
- Fundamental knowledge of financing principles, credit products, and regulatory compliance.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis, and familiarity with credit management software is a plus.
