We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kurir Motor Ekspedisi to join our growing logistics team in Cirebon (Sumber). As a key member of our delivery network, you will be responsible for ensuring that parcels and freight are transported safely, efficiently, and on schedule using a motorbike. Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport packages on a motorbike, adhering to all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Deliver items to designated addresses across Cirebon and surrounding areas, ensuring timely arrival and proper handling.
- Conduct pre‑delivery checks of orders, confirming item counts, condition, and documentation before departure.
- Perform post‑delivery verification, noting any discrepancies, damages, or customer feedback.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods from the motorbike, using proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, record mileage, fuel consumption, and submit daily reports to the operations supervisor.
- Utilize Google Maps and other navigation tools on an Android smartphone to plan optimal routes and avoid traffic congestion.
- Communicate promptly with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status, delays, or special instructions.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the motorbike (fuel, oil, tire pressure) to ensure vehicle reliability.
- Support team members during peak periods by sharing routes, assisting with extra loads, and covering shifts as needed.
Requirements
- Valid Indonesian Identity Card (KTP).
- Valid driving license (SIM C) for motorbikes.
- Own a well‑maintained motorbike suitable for cargo transport.
- Own an Android smartphone with data plan for navigation and reporting.
- Education: Open to all educational levels; high school diploma preferred.
- Age: Maximum 45 years.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Basic proficiency with Google Maps, WhatsApp, and simple reporting apps.
- Excellent time‑management skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a courteous attitude toward customers.
- Physical ability to lift and carry moderate loads (up to 20 kg) safely.
