Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and arrange goods safely and efficiently using manual techniques and mechanical equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Conduct visual inspections of shipments for damages, verify quantities against packing lists, and report discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and attach appropriate shipping documentation, including bills of lading, delivery notes, and customs paperwork when required.
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse supervisors, and inventory staff to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of cargo.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work area by following company safety protocols and conducting routine equipment checks.
- Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation to support accurate inventory management.
- Participate in daily briefings, provide feedback on process improvements, and adapt to shifting priorities during peak periods.
- Operate company‑issued vehicles or delivery vans when assigned, complying with all traffic laws and holding a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle class.
- Support special projects such as bulk loading, temperature‑controlled shipments, or fragile item handling with extra care and precision.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM) suitable for the assigned vehicle type.
- Good physical health and stamina; ability to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly.
- Strong sense of discipline, honesty, and responsibility.
- Basic literacy in Indonesian; ability to read and complete simple paperwork.
- Excellent attendance record and willingness to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Team‑player attitude with effective communication skills.
- Prior experience in logistics or manual handling is a plus but not required.
