Introduction
PT. Safeguard Indonesia is seeking a motivated and disciplined Security Staff – Corporate to join our dedicated team of safety professionals. This full‑time position operates on a 7‑day schedule, providing vigilant protection for our office premises, staff, and assets. The ideal candidate is a high‑spirited Muslim male who demonstrates strong moral character, excellent grooming, and a proactive attitude toward preventive security.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular patrols of the corporate campus, checking entrances, parking areas, and restricted zones for any signs of unauthorized activity.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to alarms, suspicious behavior, or emergency situations.
- Enforce access control procedures, verify identification badges, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with company policy.
- Conduct preventive security measures such as safety inspections, fire‑drill coordination, and equipment checks.
- Provide assistance and first‑aid response during medical emergencies, accidents, or natural disasters.
- Document incidents, prepare detailed reports, and hand them over to the Security Manager for further action.
- Collaborate closely with other security team members, facilities staff, and external law‑enforcement agencies when required.
- Utilize basic Microsoft Office applications to log daily activities, schedule maintenance, and generate statistical security reports.
- Participate in regular training sessions on crowd management, conflict resolution, and the use of security equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male, Muslim, and able to work in a culturally respectful environment.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a security or guard role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Possession of a valid Gada Pratama (Security Guard) certificate is highly desirable.
- Strong personal grooming, professional demeanor, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Ability to perform preventive security measures and respond quickly to incidents.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact respectfully with supervisors, colleagues, and visitors.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving capabilities, and a commitment to achieving high performance standards.
- Adaptability to new technologies, willingness to learn modern security tools, and readiness to assist in rescue operations if needed.
