Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Operasional Crew Outlet to lead our restaurant floor and kitchen teams in Surabaya, East Java. This full‑time position reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager and is responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, exceptional guest experiences, and strict adherence to food safety standards. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach floor staff, waiters, and kitchen crew to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
  • Coordinate daily opening and closing procedures, including equipment checks and sanitation routines.
  • Manage inventory control and conduct regular stock opname in line with SOPs.
  • Monitor food preparation processes to guarantee that every dish meets the company’s taste and presentation standards.
  • Develop and enforce cleaning schedules for kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve service issues promptly, and implement corrective actions to improve satisfaction.
  • Prepare shift rosters, track attendance, and oversee payroll submissions for the outlet team.
  • Collaborate with the procurement department to forecast ingredient needs and minimize waste.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports on sales, labor costs, and operational performance for senior management review.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, encouraging initiative, open communication, and continuous learning among staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: up to 26 years old.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in the F&B industry, preferably in both kitchen and floor operations.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, energetic attitude.
  • Proven ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Experience with inventory management, stocktaking, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage conflict constructively.
  • Residency in Surabaya or surrounding areas of East Java.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
