Introduction
Adira, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer for its Sambas branch. This full‑time role offers the opportunity to engage directly with customers, promote a diversified portfolio of financing products, and contribute to the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be a motivated male professional, up to 29 years of age, with at least one year of proven sales experience and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Execute the complete sales cycle in accordance with Adira’s policies, ensuring that individual and branch targets are consistently achieved.
- Clearly explain and recommend Adira’s financing products—such as motor vehicle loans, consumer durable credit, and personal loans—to prospective customers.
- Collect, verify, and process consumer credit applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate before submission.
- Conduct on‑site surveys of potential borrowers, assess creditworthiness, and record findings in the company’s CRM system.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status within the designated sales platform.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and underwriting team to resolve any issues that may arise during the credit approval process.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share market insights, and propose strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Provide post‑sale support, including follow‑up calls and assistance with loan disbursement, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male.
- Age: Not older than 29 years.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on sales experience, preferably in financial services or consumer lending.
- Core Skills: Strong sales and negotiation abilities, excellent communication, and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using digital sales tools and the ability to input survey reports accurately into the system.
- Personal Attributes: High level of integrity, resilience under pressure, and a proactive approach to meeting targets.
- Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
