Responsibilities
As a Crew Store Area member, you will be the face of Home Credit at partner outlets, delivering exceptional service and promoting our payment solutions. Your daily duties will include:
- Actively offering Home Credit payment products to customers at street‑level and mall‑based partner locations.
- Demonstrating product features and guiding customers through the application and repayment process.
- Creating and sharing engaging content on social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to partner stores.
- Providing on‑site assistance, answering queries, and resolving any issues that arise during the transaction journey.
- Collecting feedback from customers and reporting market insights to the regional manager to help refine sales strategies.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing presentation area that reflects Home Credit’s professional image.
- Participating in regular training sessions and performance reviews to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications and possess the soft skills necessary to succeed in a high‑energy retail environment:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma is a plus.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Strong communication abilities and a genuine passion for taking on challenges.
- Professional, well‑groomed appearance with a friendly demeanor.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone for mobile‑based tasks and social‑media promotion.
- Willingness to be stationed at Home Credit partner outlets in Majalengka, whether on the street or within a shopping mall.
- Key competencies: effective interpersonal skills, basic digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to work independently while meeting daily targets.
