Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf Apotek (SA) – Penanggung Jawab Operasional Farmasi to join our growing pharmacy team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of patient care, and supporting the overall efficiency of our pharmaceutical services. Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medication, verifying prescriptions, and providing accurate dosage information to patients.
- Handle patient inquiries with courtesy, offering clear explanations about medication usage, potential side effects, and storage requirements.
- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, prescriptions, and inventory movements using pharmacy management software.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of medicines and medical supplies.
- Conduct regular audits of expired or damaged products and implement proper disposal procedures in accordance with health regulations.
- Support the preparation of monthly operational reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as stock turnover and patient satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the pharmacy team to foster a positive work environment and ensure seamless handovers during shift changes.
- Participate in continuous training programs to stay updated on new pharmaceuticals, industry best practices, and emerging health regulations.
- Assist in organizing health promotion events, vaccination drives, and community outreach initiatives as directed by management.
Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Pharmacy or related field; SMA/SMK with a focus on pharmacy is also acceptable for fresh graduates.
- Age: Open to candidates up to 30 years old (maximum 0 years of experience required for fresh graduates).
- Experience: Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is a plus, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
