Introduction
FIFGROUP is seeking a diligent and motivated Staff Kolektor to join our expanding team in Pemalang. As a collector, you will serve as the frontline representative of our financial services, building relationships with borrowers, ensuring timely repayment of loan installments, and safeguarding the accuracy of customer data. Responsibilities
- Visit assigned borrowers at their residences or places of business to collect scheduled loan installments.
- Verify the authenticity and completeness of consumer data, updating any changes in contact information or financial status.
- Monitor and follow up on promised payment dates, ensuring that overdue accounts are addressed promptly.
- Record detailed notes of each visit, payment outcome, and any negotiation results in the company’s collection management system.
- Negotiate payment plans or restructuring options when borrowers face temporary cash‑flow challenges, while adhering to company policies.
- Coordinate with the credit and legal departments to flag high‑risk accounts for further action.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, representing FIFGROUP’s brand values during all interactions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing collection performance, outstanding balances, and field observations.
- Stay informed about local market conditions and regulatory changes that could affect collection practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 36 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in field collection, credit control, or related financial services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail when handling confidential customer information.
- Proficiency in using digital collection platforms and basic computer applications (MS Office, internet browsing).
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet daily visit targets.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00.
