Responsibilities

- Operate basic hand tools and equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (under supervision), and packaging machinery.
- Follow standard operating procedures for waste segregation and proper disposal.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to the shift leader.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily tasks, attendance, and material movements.
- Adapt to shifting priorities, such as assisting in special projects or seasonal workload spikes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
