Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Facilitate classroom activities, discussions, and practical experiments to reinforce core concepts.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and examinations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on student grades, progress, and areas for improvement for both parents and school administration.
- Maintain accurate attendance and academic records in accordance with institutional policies.
- Participate actively in academic meetings, staff development workshops, and non‑academic events such as sports and cultural programs.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and share best teaching practices.
- Engage with parents and guardians through regular communication, parent‑teacher conferences, and progress updates.
- Implement classroom management strategies that promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
- Continuously pursue professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and pedagogical innovations.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; degrees in education or related fields are preferred.
- At least 1 year of teaching experience; 3 years preferred for non‑linear subjects.
- Open to candidates of any gender; must be a practicing Muslim/Muslimah.
- Good health, non‑smoker, and able to meet the physical demands of classroom teaching.
- Strong command of subject matter for one or more of the following study areas:
- Eksak (SD)
- Bahasa Indonesia (SD‑SMA)
- Bahasa Inggris (SD‑SMA)
- IPS – History, Sociology, Geography (SMA)
- Ekonomi (SMA)
- Kimia (SMA)
- IPA (SMP)
- Biologi (SMA)

- Fisika (SMA)
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and the ability to inspire student curiosity.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, record‑keeping, and the use of digital learning platforms.
