Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer – Channeling to join our high‑performing sales team. Responsibilities

  • Execute sales processes under the direction of the Sales Head – Channeling to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify, acquire, and nurture new order sources across AXI agents, durable goods merchants, and other Adira Finance channels.
  • Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Process consumer credit applications by collecting, verifying, and validating all required documentation and entering accurate initial data into the system.
  • Conduct vehicle or asset appraisals (taksasi) for financing proposals, securing approvals from the Sales Head before submission.
  • Perform on‑site consumer surveys, capture insights, and upload detailed reports to the company’s CRM platform while adhering to all regulatory and policy guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to resolve any discrepancies in applicant information, facilitating swift credit decisions.
  • Provide regular market feedback to help refine product offerings, promotional strategies, and pricing models.
  • Represent Adira Finance at local trade shows, dealer events, and community gatherings to promote brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field). Fresh graduates are welcome, though a background in finance, business, or marketing is advantageous.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, channel management, or consumer credit (experience is a strong plus, not a strict requirement).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Own reliable transportation and a valid active SIM A/C.
  • Strong analytical mindset to assess credit applications and conduct accurate asset valuations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales reporting tools; basic computer literacy is required.
