As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Home Credit at our partner retail outlets, guiding customers through our flexible financing solutions and helping them achieve their purchasing goals. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers at partner outlets (both street‑level stores and malls) to present and explain Home Credit payment products.
- Assist customers throughout the application and approval process, ensuring a smooth and compliant transaction experience.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to capture leads, update CRM systems, and share real‑time product information.
- Promote Home Credit financing options across social media platforms, creating engaging content that drives awareness and leads.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets by proactively identifying upsell opportunities and cross‑selling complementary services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the sales counter and promotional materials.
- Collect customer feedback and report market insights to the regional manager, helping refine product offerings.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product briefings, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques.
- Adhere to all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and data‑privacy standards while handling customer information.
- Collaborate with fellow associates and outlet staff to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA) / Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of all ages and genders; no upper age limit.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for meeting sales challenges.
- Professional, neat, and presentable appearance that reflects the Home Credit brand.
- Ownership of a functional Android smartphone for on‑the‑job tasks and digital promotion.
- Willingness to be stationed at Home Credit partner outlets within Makassar, Gowa, or Takalar, covering both street‑level and mall environments.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn proprietary sales and CRM software quickly.
- Adaptability, problem‑solving mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior retail or customer‑service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Availability to work the schedule of Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00.
