Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age range: 25‑35 years, though we welcome qualified candidates of any age.

- At least 2 years of proven experience leading a sales team, preferably within the consumer goods or retail sector.
- Strong familiarity with the Sumatra Selatan and Bengkulu markets, including key customers and distribution channels.
- Valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM A) for regional travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear direction and motivation to sales representatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
