Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Sales Regional Team to lead and energize our sales force across the Sumatra Selatan and Bengkulu regions. Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the regional sales team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Implement robust performance monitoring systems, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Develop clear, actionable sales plans that align with overall corporate strategy and market opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product development to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Facilitate weekly briefing sessions to communicate goals, share best practices, and address challenges.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management on sales performance, forecast accuracy, and regional insights.
  • Drive initiatives that increase overall company revenue and market share in the assigned territories.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards throughout sales activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Age range: 25‑35 years, though we welcome qualified candidates of any age.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience leading a sales team, preferably within the consumer goods or retail sector.
  • Strong familiarity with the Sumatra Selatan and Bengkulu markets, including key customers and distribution channels.
  • Valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM A) for regional travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear direction and motivation to sales representatives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
