Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager for our HP Second division. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales funnel for refurbished HP products across Indonesia. The ideal candidate will combine a solid grounding in basic education with a passion for technology, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with corporate objectives and increase market share for HP refurbished devices.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the IT and consumer electronics sectors.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee promotional campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, SEO/SEM) and traditional channels (print, events, in‑store displays).
- Collaborate with the sales team to create sales‑enablement materials, product positioning statements, and pricing offers.
- Manage the creation of content, including blog posts, product videos, case studies, and newsletters, ensuring brand consistency.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, ROI of campaigns, and brand sentiment.
- Maintain relationships with external agencies, media outlets, and strategic partners to maximize outreach.
- Oversee the planning and execution of trade shows, product launch events, and community outreach programs.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and health & safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma / SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18 years or older.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Strong self‑control and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Honesty, meticulous attention to detail, responsibility, and agility in task execution.
- Good physical health and stamina to handle occasional on‑site activities and events.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team environment.
- Completed at least two doses of a COVID‑19 vaccine.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms, CRM systems).
