Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Koordinator Administrasi Kantor to join our fast‑growing online retail team in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. The role is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual who can blend traditional office administration with modern e‑commerce operations, including live streaming and social media content creation. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, 08:30–18:00, and will be based in West Jakarta. Competitive compensation ranging from IDR 2.5 million to 3 million per month is offered, with the final salary adjusted based on skill level and interview performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence for the online store.
- Process orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate invoicing, inventory updates, and timely shipment coordination.
- Maintain and organize product inventory, including receiving shipments, labeling, and arranging items for efficient picking.
- Prepare and edit product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and high‑quality images are uploaded to the e‑commerce platform.
- Conduct live streaming sessions on TikTok and other platforms to showcase products, answer real‑time customer questions, and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to schedule promotional posts, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
- Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone, handling inquiries, complaints, and return processes professionally.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel, covering sales performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in training new staff members on office software, e‑commerce tools, and live‑streaming best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and uphold a high standard of confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an online shop or e‑commerce environment.
- Female candidates aged 20–28 years are preferred, though all genders are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in fast and accurate typing, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct live streaming or video content creation for platforms such as TikTok.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Resides in West Jakarta or is willing to relocate.
- Honesty, diligence, discipline, quick‑thinking, meticulousness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
