Introduction
The Anggota Tim Dapur – Pare‑pare is a vital entry‑level position within our fast‑growing culinary operation. As a member of the kitchen team, you will support daily food preparation, maintain rigorous hygiene standards, and ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high quality and safety expectations. Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean all plates, work stations, cooking equipment, and storage areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Wash, peel, slice, and pre‑process ingredients according to recipe specifications and company SOPs.
- Organize and store raw and prepared ingredients in designated containers, ensuring proper labeling and first‑in‑first‑out rotation.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels of raw materials, reporting low stock to the kitchen supervisor and helping with order preparation.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to sanitation, equipment handling, and kitchen workflow.
- Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with the service team to meet delivery times.
- Support the head chef in basic cooking tasks during peak periods, such as assembling platters, garnishing dishes, and portion control.
- Participate in regular kitchen briefings, contributing ideas for process improvements and waste reduction.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workstation, promptly addressing any spills or hazards to ensure a safe environment.
- Adhere to the work schedule of Monday through Sunday, 07:00 – 16:00, and be flexible to cover shift changes as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age who meet the qualifications are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment.
- Key Skills: Basic cooking techniques, knife handling, food safety awareness, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

- Physical Ability: Capability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
