Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant (Part‑Time) to join our dynamic educational team. Responsibilities

- Material Preparation: Prepare and organize teaching aids, worksheets, visual aids, and digital resources that align with lesson plans and curriculum standards.
- Student Support: Provide one‑on‑one or small‑group assistance to students who need extra help, reinforcing concepts and answering questions during and after class.
- Learning Environment Maintenance: Set up classroom technology, arrange seating, and maintain cleanliness to create an optimal learning space.
- Feedback Collection: Record observations on student progress and relay constructive feedback to teachers for individualized instruction planning.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with attendance taking, grading of simple assignments, and preparation of reports as needed.
- Professional Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to stay current with educational best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children in a classroom, tutoring, or extracurricular setting.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to support bilingual instruction.
- Strong understanding of child learning needs and developmental milestones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
- Organizational aptitude with a keen eye for detail when preparing instructional materials.
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving in a classroom context.
