Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a proactive Staf Penagihan Lapangan – Remedial Officer for the Bangka Barat region. This role is a key part of our collections team, responsible for ensuring timely repayment of financed vehicles and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Responsibilities
- Receive the daily visit schedule and execute all assigned field visits within the designated territory.
- Contact borrowers whose payment dates are approaching, providing courteous reminders and clarifying any questions about upcoming installments.
- Conduct collection activities for accounts 1‑60 days past due, employing effective communication techniques to secure payment or arrange mutually agreeable repayment plans.
- When necessary and after completing proper administrative procedures, initiate the repossession of financed vehicles, ensuring that each asset is verified as a legitimate financing subject of Adira.
- Deliver collected cash to the designated teller and hand over repossessed vehicles to the warehouse, accompanied by complete and accurate documentation.
- Promote the use of the Adiraku mobile application, guiding borrowers through the payment process and encouraging digital adoption.
- Maintain accurate field notes, update the CRM system in real time, and submit daily activity reports to the collection supervisor.
- Collaborate with the legal and compliance departments to resolve disputes and ensure all actions adhere to regulatory standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with collection best practices, data security, and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age 29 years.
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any field; high school (SMA/SMK) acceptable with at least 2 years relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in debt collection, field recovery, or a related financial services role.
- Valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM C) and ownership of a motorcycle for daily travel.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities, with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent time‑management.
- Familiarity with mobile banking or payment applications is a plus.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to ethical collection practices.
