Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive – Sales Wi‑Fi CBN to join our dynamic team covering the Central Java (Jawa Tengah) region. This role focuses on driving the growth of our broadband internet services through direct sales, door‑to‑door canvassing, and strong relationship building with residential and small‑business customers. The successful candidate will be a results‑oriented communicator who thrives in a target‑driven environment and enjoys the challenge of expanding market share in a competitive telecom landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new residential and commercial customers across the assigned territory using door‑to‑door canvassing, cold‑calling, and referral networks.
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of our high‑speed Wi‑Fi and broadband packages, tailoring solutions to meet each client’s specific needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms, close sales, and ensure a seamless hand‑over to the implementation team.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM system, updating customer interactions, sales activities, and forecast data on a daily basis.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company pricing and promotional guidelines.
  • Provide post‑sale follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction, address any service issues, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and finance departments to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitive intelligence for senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the company at local community events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age between 18 and 45 years; all genders are welcome.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications, broadband, or related consumer‑tech products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, presentable appearance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet aggressive targets, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn new sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Self‑motivated with a high level of discipline and a proactive approach to prospecting.
  • Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic computer applications for reporting and CRM updates.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during promotional periods.
