Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and personable Retail Sales Cashier with Customer Service Experience to join our vibrant gaming center in Yogyakarta. Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system to process cash, credit, and electronic payments efficiently and accurately.
- Handle daily cash reconciliation, ensuring that all transactions balance at the end of each shift.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries about game packages, promotions, and membership options, and guide them to appropriate stations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front‑desk area, including merchandising of retail items such as snacks, accessories, and gaming merchandise.
- Monitor gaming stations for technical issues, report malfunctions to the technical team, and assist customers with basic troubleshooting.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including inventory counts, restocking of consumables, and preparation of cash drawers.
- Adhere to the three‑shift schedule (23:00‑07:00, 07:00‑15:00, 15:00‑23:00) and work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Promote loyalty programs and upsell additional services, such as private room bookings or tournament entries.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and data‑privacy regulations, especially when handling customer payment information.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to create a welcoming atmosphere and resolve any customer concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 28 years.

- No prior experience required; however, any background in retail, hospitality, or gaming is a plus.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers.

- Basic computer literacy and comfort using POS and inventory software.
