Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Warehouse Administrator for our facility in Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations within our warehouse and supporting our fleet management team. The successful candidate will join a dynamic logistics environment, working closely with drivers, inventory staff, and dispatch coordinators to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all warehouse activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive administrative tasks for the warehouse, including data entry, document filing, and record‑keeping.
- Print and distribute driver waybills (surat jalan) and ensure each trip is correctly documented.
- Convert sales orders (SO) to “on‑delivery” status in the system, monitoring progress until completion.
- Compile daily dispatch reports and trip recaps, providing clear summaries for management review.
- Update basket quantities in the Asset Tracker, coordinating transfers between the warehouse and hub locations.
- Monitor and control the driver tower, ensuring real‑time visibility of vehicle locations and availability.
- Manage inbound and outbound processes, including receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods.
- Input new inventory items into the warehouse management system with accurate SKU, description, and location details.
- Conduct regular stock‑taking (stock opname) and reconcile physical counts with system records.
- Assist in preparing monthly inventory valuation reports and support audit activities.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on warehouse procedures and Excel best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to reduce errors and increase throughput.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse administration or a related logistics role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulae.
- Ability to work flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, night) as operational needs dictate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of warehouse terminology, inventory control concepts, and transport logistics.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with drivers, supervisors, and cross‑functional teams.
- Problem‑solving mindset – able to identify issues quickly and propose practical solutions.
- Physical ability to perform occasional manual handling of documents and light items.
