Responsibilities

- Manage the full cycle of installment collection, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies.
- Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with business partners, merchants, and community stakeholders.
- Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to partners to improve sales effectiveness and payment discipline.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and payment schedules using the company’s CRM system.
- Conduct field visits to assess partner needs, resolve issues on‑site, and gather market intelligence.
- Coordinate with internal teams—credit, underwriting, and operations—to streamline approval processes and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for branch management, highlighting key metrics such as new accounts opened, collection rates, and partner satisfaction.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies, ensuring ethical conduct in all business dealings.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age: 18 – 30 years old.
