Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and results‑driven Account Officer – Penanganan Masalah who will play a critical role in overseeing overdue receivables and ensuring timely collection. Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the A/R Overdue portfolio, specifically handling accounts aged 61‑120 days.
- Execute daily collection activities, ensuring all overdue payments are pursued in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on overdue status, collection success rates, and forecasted cash flow to senior management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, employing effective negotiation techniques to secure payment commitments.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, credit, and legal departments to resolve disputes and streamline the collection process.
- Identify high‑risk accounts early and propose corrective actions, such as restructuring payment plans or initiating legal procedures.
- Continuously improve collection strategies by analyzing trends, benchmarking against industry standards, and incorporating best practices.
- Adhere to all internal controls, compliance requirements, and ethical standards while performing collection duties.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Male candidates only; age not exceeding 29‑30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in collection, credit management, or a related financial role; 2 years of experience is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a target‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in sales‑oriented communication, B2C sales management, and ability to meet or exceed collection targets.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office in Gresik, with a work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
