We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Electronic Sales Promotor to join our dynamic retail team in Banjarmasin. Responsibilities
- Actively engage with store visitors, demonstrating product features, answering questions, and building strong, trust‑based relationships.
- Maintain a visually appealing product display, ensuring that all electronic items are organized, stocked, and presented according to brand standards.
- Identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and close sales while meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and coordinate replenishment of high‑demand items.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including daily transaction summaries, customer feedback, and market insights for management review.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and in‑store demonstrations to boost visibility and generate buzz.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest technology trends, product specifications, and competitor activities to maintain a knowledgeable selling approach.
- Provide after‑sales support, addressing warranty questions and guiding customers through product registration processes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a sales promotor in the home‑appliance or consumer electronics sector.
- Strong verbal communication skills with an assertive yet friendly sales style.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team attitude.
- Positive attitude, high level of professionalism, and a customer‑first mindset.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office or similar reporting tools.
