Gatot Subroto, Sungai Pinangkota, Samarinda, is seeking a dynamic Promotor Penjualan Produk Konsumen to join their sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated woman who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment and is passionate about meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets by actively promoting and selling consumer products to walk‑in customers and repeat buyers.
- Conduct accurate inventory opname on a weekly basis, ensuring that stock levels are correctly recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Maintain optimal product availability on the sales floor, coordinating with the warehouse team to replenish shelves before stockouts occur.
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers through courteous service, product knowledge, and effective communication.
- Identify competitor activities, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to the store manager for strategic adjustments.
- Prepare daily sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and present findings during team briefings.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and in‑store merchandising activities to boost brand visibility.
- Adhere to company policies on cash handling, customer data protection, and health‑safety standards.
- Continuously improve personal selling techniques through training sessions, role‑plays, and feedback loops.
Requirements
- Gender: Female, maximum age 32 years.
- Height: Minimum 158 cm.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales or retail experience, preferably in consumer goods or building material sectors.
- Core Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated selling and negotiation skills.
- Competitor analysis and market awareness.
- Retail analytics and sales data interpretation.
- Attention to detail for inventory management.
- Personal Attributes:
- Highly motivated, target‑driven, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Adaptable to changing store conditions and promotional schedules.
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Willingness to be stationed at Subur Makmur Bangunan, Jl. Gatot Subroto, Sungai Pinangkota, Samarinda.
- Work Schedule: Full‑time, 08:00 – 17:00, with additional hours during peak promotional periods.
