Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Administrator & Stock Keeper to join our fast‑growing operations team. This role is vital for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting the supply chain, and ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly on a daily basis. The successful candidate will work closely with the operational staff, procurement, and sales teams to guarantee that every item moving in and out of the warehouse is properly documented and reported.
Responsibilities
- Accurately record all inbound and outbound goods using the company’s inventory management system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports that highlight discrepancies, turnover rates, and forecasted needs.
- Perform regular stock‑opname (physical counts) and reconcile findings with system data to maintain 99% accuracy.
- Organize, file, and archive all warehouse documentation, including delivery notes, purchase orders, and quality inspection reports.
- Coordinate with the operations team to schedule shipments, resolve stock‑related issues, and support order fulfillment.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables) to analyze inventory trends and present actionable insights.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in the development and improvement of standard operating procedures for inventory control.
- Provide timely communication to management regarding stock shortages, excesses, or potential bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preference for candidates with an Accounting background (SMK Accounting, D3, or S1).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse or stock‑keeping role, preferably in the F&B or retail sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and PivotTable functionalities.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and the ability to generate precise reports.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of organization, and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Honest, disciplined, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Age: maximum 27 years; gender: open to all.
