Introduction
We are seeking a talented Tim Kreatif untuk Pengembangan Konten dan Inovasi Desain to join our dynamic team. This role is centered on creating high‑impact educational and promotional materials that resonate with a diverse audience, including learners, community members, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a creative professional with a solid academic background (minimum S1), a passion for design, and a commitment to inclusive communication. This position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing ample opportunity to influence the visual and narrative direction of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce digital and print content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, CorelDRAW, and other multimedia software.
- Develop engaging scripts and copy for advertising, educational videos, social media posts, and institutional publications.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, teachers, and the ABK (Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus) support team to ensure content is accessible, culturally appropriate, and pedagogically sound.
- Maintain a repository of design assets, templates, and brand guidelines, guaranteeing consistency across all communication channels.
- Conduct regular quality checks, proofread materials, and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve output.
- Stay updated on industry trends in e‑learning, digital marketing, and design innovation to propose fresh ideas and best practices.
- Coordinate with the administrative and library science units to integrate informational resources into multimedia projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and budget constraints.
- Participate in weekly brainstorming sessions, presenting concepts and visual mock‑ups for peer review.
- Support community outreach events by creating promotional flyers, banners, and video snippets that highlight organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 in PGSD, Education, Administration, Library Science, or related fields.
- Female candidates only.
- At least one Juz memorized of the Al‑Qur’an, demonstrating discipline and cultural awareness.
- Preferably holds a UMMI (Ujian Kompetensi Multimedia Indonesia) certification.
- High school (SMA/SMK) diploma is acceptable when supplemented by relevant experience.
- Proven experience supporting ABK (children with special needs) in an educational or community setting.
- Strong proficiency in design and editing software (Canva, CapCut, CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Excellent scriptwriting and advertising copy skills (Penulisan Naskah Iklan).
- Soft skills: creativity, strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, time‑management, and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight timelines.
