Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the school, aligning daily operations with the institution’s mission and vision.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the curriculum to meet national standards and foster 21st‑century skills.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and support staff, promoting professional growth and a collaborative culture.
- Oversee student admissions, enrollment processes, and academic counseling to ensure optimal class composition.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation in extracurricular activities, especially those related to arts, sports, and community service.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, monitor expenditures, and seek additional funding opportunities through grants and partnerships.
- Lead regular staff meetings, parent‑teacher conferences, and community outreach events to strengthen stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
- Coordinate comprehensive pre‑opening training programs for all staff members, ensuring readiness for the start of each academic year.
- Model and promote high ethical standards, honesty, discipline, and effective communication throughout the school community.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; a degree in Education (PGSD) is highly preferred.
- Fluent and active command of English, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for children’s development, extracurricular programs, and youth engagement.
- Willingness to attend intensive training sessions prior to the school’s opening.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate staff and inspire students.
- Integrity, discipline, and a collaborative mindset.
- Legal eligibility to work in Indonesia; gender‑neutral hiring policy.
