Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Follow a predefined cleaning schedule, ensuring that each task is completed on time and to the required quality.
- Collect and dispose of waste responsibly, separating recyclables where applicable.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Identify and report maintenance issues such as broken fixtures, leaks, or safety hazards.
- Maintain proper usage and storage of cleaning equipment to extend its lifespan.
- Adapt quickly to changes in workload or site assignments, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to cover peak periods or special events, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Provide courteous service to clients, responding politely to any inquiries or requests related to the cleaning service.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent qualification.
- Age: 35 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Strong ability to adapt quickly to new routines, tools, and environments.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift moderate loads.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to follow written instructions.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
