Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Administrator Keuangan dan Pengendalian Anggaran to join our finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budget monitoring, and seamless coordination with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and reconcile monthly financial statements and budget reports.
- Maintain and update general ledger entries using our accounting software.
- Develop and monitor budget variances, providing actionable insights to department heads.
- Generate ad‑hoc financial analyses, cost‑benefit studies, and cash‑flow forecasts.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, audit schedules, and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure expenses are recorded accurately and in line with approved budgets.
- Manage and streamline data collection in Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet, creating automated dashboards for senior management.
- Support the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial controls and reporting efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff or interns on accounting best practices and spreadsheet techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheet, and common accounting software.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting principles.
- Excellent numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Good physical and mental health, enabling consistent performance.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
