Responsibilities
- Proactively promote and sell the company’s products to both existing clients and new prospects across the Batulicin region.
- Identify and secure orders through various distribution channels, gathering initial data and verifying customer information.
- Prepare, review, and complete all required documentation for customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status.
- Communicate payment schedules, due dates, and collection locations, addressing any questions or concerns that arise.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, orders, and credit decisions using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, logistics, and after‑sales support to resolve issues quickly.
- Conduct field visits to verify customer premises, assess risk factors, and gather market intelligence.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing insights and proposing strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all customer dealings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (any major) or equivalent; SMA/SMK acceptable for entry‑level candidates.
- Age: maximum 29 years; recent graduates are welcomed.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or surveyor role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid, active SIM A/C driving licence.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional field visits outside regular hours.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and comfortable handling paperwork.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
