Responsibilities
- Greet and assess patients arriving at the clinic, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Explain each facial procedure clearly, covering benefits, expected outcomes, and post‑treatment care instructions.
- Prepare treatment rooms by verifying that all equipment, consumables, and sanitation standards are met before each session.
- Perform facial therapies according to the clinic’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), adhering strictly to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Coordinate appointment flow to maximize efficiency, reducing wait times while maintaining a calm atmosphere.
- Capture high‑resolution before‑and‑after photographs for client records and marketing purposes, ensuring consent and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate daily logs that detail patient information, treatment specifics, product usage, and any adverse reactions.
- Clean, disinfect, and store all tools and devices after each use, following industry best practices to prolong equipment life.
- Collaborate with the front desk, nurses, and other therapists to ensure seamless hand‑offs and consistent service quality.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on emerging facial techniques, new product lines, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent, preferably with a focus on beauty, cosmetology, or health sciences.
- Female candidates only, in line with clinic policy and client comfort considerations.
- Age: Up to 37 years.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a reputable aesthetic or beauty clinic.
- Demonstrated proficiency in facial therapy techniques, skin analysis, and product application.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a friendly, understandable manner.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities; able to juggle multiple appointments without compromising quality.
