As a direct sales representative, you will be the face of MyRepublic, engaging prospects door‑to‑door, demonstrating the value of our Wi‑Fi products, and building lasting relationships that turn first‑time buyers into loyal customers.
Responsibilities
- Actively market MyRepublic Wi‑Fi solutions through door‑to‑door canvassing, street promotions, and community events.
- Identify and qualify potential customers by conducting brief needs assessments and presenting tailored product benefits.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude while representing the brand in residential neighborhoods and commercial districts.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the sales manager.
- Record all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical support teams to stay updated on product features, promotional offers, and service upgrades.
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve sales strategies, marketing collateral, and product development.
- Attend regular training sessions, sales meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and ethical standards while conducting door‑to‑door activities.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Basic analytical skills to track sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue new leads.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
