Introduction
We are seeking energetic and detail‑oriented individuals to join our fast‑growing manufacturing team as Staff Produksi in three key areas: Filling Machine Operations (contract), Daily Packaging (hourly), and Quality Control (contract). Our plant operates six days a week, delivering high‑quality consumer goods to a nationwide market. Responsibilities
- Filling Machine (Kontrak) – Set up, calibrate, and run automated filling equipment, monitor line speed, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Pengemasan (Harian) – Operate manual and semi‑automatic packaging stations, ensure proper labeling, weight checks, and seal integrity for each product batch.
- Quality Control (Kontrak) – Conduct incoming raw‑material inspections, in‑process sampling, and final product testing according to SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Document production data in electronic logs, report variances, and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to meet daily output targets while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new equipment, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and continuous‑improvement methodologies such as Kaizen.
- Assist in the periodic cleaning and sanitation of work areas to maintain a sterile environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.

- At least 1 year of experience in production, machine filling, packaging, or quality control.
- Proven ability to operate production/filling machines and understand packaging workflows.
- Familiarity with QC procedures, including product inspection, hygiene standards, and documentation.
- Strong adherence to SOPs, production targets, and company quality benchmarks.
- Highly meticulous, disciplined, and accountable with a strong work ethic.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
